Pipeline – D&A Testing

Pipeline – D&A Testing

Many of the Pipeline Owning Companies have Implemented policies on Pre Employment and or Post Incident D&A testing. All future Enbridge Pipeline jobs will require Pre Employment D&A testing. It is expected that other companies will follow this trend. As such our Pipeline Contractors have done the same.

O.J. Pipelines (Pembina) this winter in Slave Lake will require Pre Employment testing.

Louisbourg clean up in Red Earth and new construction work south of Grande Prairie,  will require pre-employment and Post Incident.

All future Trans Canada work will require pre-employment testing.

It is best that all members are aware of these changes and be prepared for future dispatches. Failure of a Pre Employment or Post Incident will delay eligibility for future dispatch. The industry is changing. We must be ready.
